3 Units of 19-Inch Three-Screen Bus Stop Displays Shipped to the UK
A UK bus platform project selected three floor-standing 19-inch bus stop displays with a three-screen layout and Android system. Production, inspection and shipment have been completed.
ZXT LCD has completed a batch of three 19-inch bus stop display units for a customer project in the United Kingdom. Designed for use at a bus platform, each unit combines a floor-standing cabinet, an Android system and a three-screen arrangement in one compact structure. The order has completed production and inspection, and all three units have been shipped.
A Compact Three-Screen Format for Bus Platform Information
Public transport locations often need to present several types of information within a limited footprint. A three-screen layout gives the operator separate visual areas that can be assigned to different content. Depending on the customer’s publishing plan, these areas may be used for passenger notices, route-related information, public messages or advertising materials. The project configuration therefore supports clearer content organization without requiring three separate freestanding enclosures.
The selected 19-inch format also keeps the display structure relatively narrow. This is useful for a bus platform, where pedestrian movement, viewing distance and available installation space all need to be considered together. Instead of treating the product as a conventional large advertising screen, the design focuses on structured communication in a vertical, space-conscious form.
Floor-Standing Structure for a Defined Outdoor Position
The customer confirmed a floor-standing design for the UK project. This structure creates a complete display terminal that can be positioned at the intended bus platform location according to the site plan. The cabinet brings the three visual sections and the control system together, helping the finished product maintain a unified appearance.
For outdoor transport projects, mechanical layout is discussed alongside the actual installation environment. ZXT LCD reviews the requested screen arrangement, cabinet form, access method, cable routing and project-specific protective details before production. The final configuration for this order was manufactured according to the confirmed requirements rather than being presented as a generic indoor display.
Android-Based Content Control
All three units use an Android system. This gives the project a familiar platform for managing digital content and allows the customer to prepare a suitable application or publishing workflow for the bus stop information plan. The system choice was confirmed before manufacturing so that the internal integration and screen operation could be checked as part of production.
The three-screen design also requires attention to how content will be divided across the available display areas. During project communication, screen orientation, content zones and control requirements should be confirmed early. This helps ensure that the physical layout and the intended media materials are planned together.
Production and Inspection Before Shipment
Before shipment, the units were assembled and checked as a completed batch. Inspection covered the visible cabinet condition, screen display, Android startup and the basic operation of the configured display sections. The purpose of this stage was to confirm that the manufactured products matched the approved project configuration before packing.
The attached production image records the actual three-screen floor-standing structure. It provides a direct reference for the cabinet proportions and screen arrangement used in this order. Because the products have already been shipped, the confirmed project status is manufacturing complete, inspection complete and shipment complete. On-site installation and later operating results are outside the current delivery record.
