20 32-Inch Lightbox Floor-Standing Outdoor Displays in Batch Testing
ZXT LCD is completing batch production and powered testing for 20 32-inch lightbox floor-standing outdoor displays with portrait screens, top lightboxes and independent bases.

20 32-Inch Lightbox Floor-Standing Outdoor Displays in Batch Testing
ZXT LCD is progressing with a batch project involving 20 32-inch lightbox floor-standing outdoor displays. Multiple white enclosures have completed their main structural assembly and are now arranged for powered display testing and basic functional inspection. Each unit combines a 32-inch portrait digital screen, an illuminated top lightbox and a self-contained floor-standing body. This configuration gives the customer a changeable digital content area together with a stable position for a brand name, location identity or service mark.

The Top Lightbox and Digital Screen Serve Different Information Tasks
Commercial entrances, outdoor service points and public-information locations often need to present a fixed identity and frequently updated messages at the same time. The illuminated top section can carry a logo, area name or permanent service prompt that helps people recognize the display from a distance. The 32-inch digital screen below can then present promotional graphics, instructions, announcements and other content that changes according to the operating schedule.
Separating these functions prevents fixed branding from occupying the main digital content area. Lightbox artwork should use limited wording and maintain sufficient contrast for longer viewing distances. Digital media should be designed for the portrait screen ratio, with a clear order between the main visual, headline and supporting information. The lightbox does not replace the digital screen; it adds a consistent identification point above it.

A Floor-Standing Body Requires a Planned Fixing Method
The independent base brings the display, control components and lightbox into one complete enclosure. This format works well where no suitable wall is available or where the project needs an individual information point in a defined position. However, a floor-standing outdoor display should not simply be placed on the ground without a secure installation method.
The project team should confirm the fixing arrangement according to the ground material, local wind conditions, display orientation and public access. Base mounting holes, expansion bolts or a site-specific embedded foundation may be required. Power and network cables should enter through planned positions in the body and base so they do not remain exposed across a pedestrian route. Confirming these details before production reduces the need for unplanned drilling, cable changes or base modifications on site.

Side Ventilation and Service Clearance Must Remain Open
The enclosure includes side ventilation and service-door areas. After installation, the display needs adequate airflow and enough clearance for the service door to open. These areas should not be placed directly against an obstruction or covered by a later decorative structure. The final cooling arrangement must still be confirmed against the highest local temperature, duration of sunlight exposure and internal hardware configuration.
Technicians also need access to the control system, power supply, network connections and lightbox components. When several units are installed in a line or close to a building element, the service-door direction should be included in the installation drawing. Planning maintenance access before the equipment reaches the site supports more reliable long-term operation.

Consistency Is a Key Part of the 20-Unit Batch
A batch order must provide more than the function demonstrated by one prototype. All 20 units need consistent enclosure surfaces, screen positions, lightbox structures, bases and confirmed internal configurations. Production inspection therefore covers the body finish, door alignment, ventilation openings and assembly condition of each unit. Powered testing is also used to review screen operation and basic system startup.
The current production record shows the displays arranged for factory testing. It confirms that the main structures have been assembled and display checks are in progress, but it does not indicate that shipment or on-site installation has been completed. Production testing, shipment and site commissioning are separate project milestones and should be reported accurately.

Configuration Should Follow the Actual Installation Environment
Buyers planning a similar 32-inch floor-standing outdoor display project should provide the installation location, brightness requirement, content platform, network method, local power standard, lightbox artwork dimensions and environmental conditions. Custom enclosure colours, branding, interfaces, locks and internal systems should also be confirmed before batch manufacturing begins.
ZXT LCD can coordinate the enclosure structure, 32-inch display, illuminated top section, cooling method and batch inspection around the project requirements. Customers can send the planned quantity, installation drawing and content-management needs so the production and site-installation configuration can be reviewed in advance.
