Fan-Based Outdoor Advertising Display Cooling
Intelligent direct ventilation is used for heat dissipation, and the fan draws air from the outside into the inside of the machine for cabinet heat dissipation; the display does not go black under the outdoor ambient temperature of -20°C to +50°C, and the whole machine works normally; it adopts an axial flow fan or a centrifugal fan (depending on the model), and a matching fan speed control board to automatically adjust the fan speed by temperature sensing, saving energy and electricity, and extending the service life of the fan; a high-efficiency filtration system to isolate harmful dust from entering the machine, and the protection level of the whole machine reaches IP55. Advantages:

Relatively low cost/energy saving, less power consumption than air-conditioned models. Disadvantages: In summer, when the internal temperature of the digital signage display is high and the external ambient temperature is ≥5°C, the machine may have a black screen when the temperature in front of the screen is higher than 55°C. There is a lot of dust outdoors and it is easy to accumulate dust, so it needs to be cleaned frequently. Humid air cannot be completely prevented from entering the inside of the machine, and moisture-proofing cannot solve the problem. Outdoor advertising display cooling must account for solar load as well as ambient temperature.

Air-Conditioned Outdoor Advertising Display Cooling
